The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to residents. You'll use your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to ensure care is person-centred, safe, and promotes independence and dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct nursing care and clinical support to residents
- Working closely with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Administering medication safely and effectively
- Supporting residents' wellbeing and promoting a positive living environment
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with best practice and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
- Previous experience in a care home or similar nursing setting is desirable
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
- A caring, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care
- Commitment to professional development and high standards of practice
