Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced business sales team. This role is ideal for someone with previous business sales experience looking for new challenges and excellent career prospects.

As a Trade Sales Support Executive, you will support the sales team, manage bespoke customer product requests, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks

  • Manage bespoke customer product requests from start to finish, liaising with the Purchasing team

  • Handle incoming account and sales enquiries via phone and email, logging all information in the CRM system

  • Coordinate with internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders

  • Respond to customer queries for over 3,000 products

  • Create and implement sales pipelines within target industries to drive growth across new product ranges

  • Ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a seamless experience

Who You Are
  • Experienced in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Strong communicator via telephone, email, and face-to-face

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to think ahead

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • B2B sales experience in the home and garden sector is advantageous
