The site employs around 700 people. About the role. We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our Bakkavor sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you'll be kept busy creating our products. Factory Team Leader duties may include: To encourage a safe working environment for all employees in their area by supporting and enforcing standards as set out in the Group Health and Safety policy.
