Family Solicitor

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy and supportive Family Law team in Scunthorpe. The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, with a particular focus on private children work. The role involves conducting litigation, undertaking your own advocacy where appropriate, and delivering clear, empathetic advice to clients. Youll have the autonomy to run your cases and diary, supported by an experienced and approachable team.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Family Solicitor
• Experience in family law, ideally in private children matters.
• Knowledge of Legal Aid procedures is desirable.
• Strong advocacy, communication, and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, organised, and compassionate approach to client care.
