Project Manager - SaaS - 12 month fixed term

My client based in Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the implementation of multiple SaaS based solutions such as Finance, HR, Case Management or CRM systems.
As IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end to end delivery of concurrent system implementation projects working closely with selected vendors and internal stakeholders. You will be tasked with ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will present directly to the Executive Committee, manage handover to BAU and ensure continuous improvement throughout.

Driving forward the successful implementation of several key systems as part of a broader transformation programme, the IT Project Manager will possess the following:

• Proven experience of delivering vendor led systems.
• Hands on expertise with SaaS solutions including Finance, HR, Case Management and CRM systems
• Expertise in both Agile and /waterfall methodologies
• Skilled in project planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor liaison and mitigation of risk
• Proven expertise in Jira, MS Project and MS Office
• Prince2 accreditation or equivalent

Within this role, you will:

• Lead the delivery of up to three system implementation projects.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and internal SMEs to manage deliverables and integration requirements.
• Report and progress and risk.
• Update the Executive Committee
• Manage smooth transition to BAU.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term position which may well extend.
