Description

A HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management and teams.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Business Services sector.
  • Facilitate employee engagement strategies and organisational development programmes.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters to employees and leadership teams.

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic HR roles within a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
