Raw Materials Coordinator (Technologist)

My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in Wakefield area are seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator to join their Technical department, you will take a key role in supporting the Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Due diligence and take into consideration timescales, company procedures, legislation, and customer codes of practice
• Keep up to date with current legislation and company policies
• Ensuring that raw materials specifications are assessed according to standards
• Ensure raw material deliveries meet specification
• Reviewing analytical data
• Be compliant with customer requirements

Skills and experience

• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
• Chilled Food Manufacturing experience
• Minimum 2 years experience within Food Manufacturing

Role

• Days Mon- Friday, 8.00am-5pm
• Salary DOE
