As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director, you will:
- Lead full cost management services from feasibility through to final account
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted commercial advisor
- Provide strategic input on procurement and contract strategy
- Oversee teams and mentor junior QS professionals
- Ensure robust cost control and reporting across multiple live projects
- Experience operating at Senior QS or Associate level within a consultancy environment
- Proven background in data centres, mission-critical, or complex industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
- Relevant degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
- MRICS status (or actively working towards)
- A proactive, client-facing approach with excellent communication skills
- Work on cutting-edge data centre developments with global reach
