FLT Driver - Cullompton - £14.57/hr + Bonuses
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
- Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member - based on production performance
- Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Due to the shift times, candidates must drive or live locally
The Role
- Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
- Supporting production and warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
