What you ll bring to the table as an IT Support Technician

• Previous experience in a first-line or technical support environment
• Confidence communicating with users by phone and in-person

• A full UK driving licence (or plans to obtain one soon)

This is a full-time, office-based role (Uckfield) with the potential for occasional home working. They are open to offering slightly reduced hours if required for example to fit around child-care responsibilities.
