Lead Technician (Welding) - South West England
Salary: 25,000- 30,000 per annum
Hours: Full time 37 hours
Contract: Permanent

The Role:
Provide hands-on classroom and workshop support for Welding students
Assist with preparation and maintenance of materials and resources
Support student learning and practical skills development
Work towards achieving a recognised teaching qualification
Requirements:
Welding Level 2 qualification
Relevant industry experience in Welding or Automotive
Enthusiasm to support and mentor students
Willingness to train towards a teaching qualification
