Technical Advisor

The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service, as well as the following. This will position will suit candidates with technical knowledge of roofing materials/projects installation processes. Ideally, if you are a tradesperson wanting to come off the tools and explore another avenue within the sector this role may be for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Provide CAD details and written text, to be included in product specifications.
• Assist in the creation of technical details
• Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products.
• Customers can be both internal and external.
• Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products
• Production and checking of waterproofing specifications
• Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance
• Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of roofing construction services

£28k - £40k DOE
