Salary:£50,000.00 per annum

About the Role:

As Area Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing operational Managers
  • Enabling a customer-first culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Building and executing a people plan to support talent development and workforce planning
  • Driving commercial performance and ensuring stores meet KPIs and EBITDA delivery for area while staying within cost budgets and stay within budget
  • Championing operational excellence and supporting change initiatives
  • Collaborating with support centre teams to deliver strategic goals
  • Supporting growth strategies with a clear vision for area development, identifying opportunities to expand market presence, lead change effectively, and enhance long-term performance

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, is commercially minded, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven multi-site management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A full driving licence and flexibility for travel and overnight stays
