Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Doncaster
Are you a skilled and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking flexible and rewarding work across Doncaster primary schools?
Academics are looking to recruit confident and experienced Level 3 TAs to provide high-quality support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of friendly, inclusive school settings.
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, delivering small group interventions, assisting with classroom routines, and helping to promote a positive and engaging learning environment.
These positions are ideal for experienced TAs looking for ongoing, flexible opportunities within Doncaster's supportive primary schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Deliver targeted interventions and small-group support
Provide effective 1:1 assistance for pupils when needed
Assist teachers with preparation of resources and classroom organisation
Encourage positive behaviour, independence and engagement
Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Candidate Requirements
? Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
? At least 6 months' experience within a UK primary school
? Strong behaviour management and communication skills
? Ability to support a range of learners, including those with SEN
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
