Currently, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to lead our dedicated team!

What You'll be Doing

• Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
• Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Develop and implement care plans
• Conduct staff training and development
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
• Potential Progression opportunity to Registered Manager

What You'll Need

• Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) & Health and Social Care Management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC) and best practices
