Multi-Skilled Automotive Repair Technician Sheffield (Late shift)

Are you a skilled automotive technician looking to join a forward-thinking and customer-focused team in Sheffield? We re seeking a Multi-Skilled Automotive Repair Technician to deliver best-in-class repairs and outstanding customer service in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Have you worked for Direct Insurance, Chips Away, or Steer? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

What We Offer:

• Hours: Mon to Fri - 4pm till 11pm (no Sat unless on overtime - non compulsory)
• Basic £45,000 per year (£865 per week) plus uncapped bonus - OTE £65k
• First two months bonus guarantee of £600
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Company pension contribution of 6% (employee contribution 2%)
• 4x annual salary life insurance cover

Your Role:

• Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
• Deliver high-quality repairs to meet business and customer targets
• Provide an effortless, customer-focused service every time
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to achieve business goals
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair
• BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant department competence(s)
• ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
