Catering Assistant in Brough

We're currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Catering Assistants to support one of our clients in the Brough area. If you're reliable, hard-working and seeking a temporary role with an immediate start (subject to clearance checks), we'd love to hear from you.

Position - Catering Assistant (Temporary Agency Work)

Location - Brough area (HU15 postcode)

Pay - £12.60ph

Benefits - Pension scheme, holiday pay

Duties include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Washing and storing utensils, dishes and equipment
• Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients as directed
• Assisting chefs with food prep including chopping, peeling and cooking
• Preparing sides and salads under supervision
• Correctly disposing of kitchen waste
• Receiving and organising food deliveries
• Other kitchen duties as required

Suitable candidate will need to have:

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen or catering role
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Food safety training (we can help you get certified if needed)
• Please note - successful candidates will be required to complete BPSS clearance checks
