Enforcement Agent

Salary- £25,000-£28,500 +commission OTE £50-£80k and company vehicle

What you ll do:

Visit properties to engage with individuals and recover unpaid debts

Help people understand their financial options and set up payment plans

Learn to assess vulnerability and provide respectful, ethical enforcement

Receive full support and training to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent
What they re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence (2+ years)
- Confident, empathetic communicator
- Self-motivated, professional, and ready for a challenge
- Previous debt collection or military or police force experience would be a benefit
