We have two exciting opportunities (full time and part time) for positive, sales-driven, self-motivated, and committed individuals to join our team - with the ability to lead the launch of a new development, working closely with the wider sales support team in the sale of our beautiful new homes in Cotford St Luke, Somerset.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you willbe responsible fordealing with sales enquiries,maintainingthe CRM Sales and Prospect workbench, proactivelyidentifyingand achieving sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process and preparing reports asrequired. You will alsobe responsible forclients from theirinitialenquiry through the sales process to legal completion.

As ourSales Executives, you will have experience in selling new build homes or selling within the second-hand market. You willdemonstratea proventrack recordof achieving sales, providing excellent customer service, and comfortable working under your own initiative. You will work with our customers sensitively and patientlyin order todevelop trusting relationships which support the whole customer journey and 5 experience inpurchasingtheir new home.

Having your own transport and a full driving licence is essential.
