Vehicle Technician

Basic Salary: Up to £38,750
OTE: Up to £45,000
Location: Corby

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy main dealer workshop in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hard-working and reliable technician looking for a new role within a professional car dealership service department.

• Conduct vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs

• Carry out fault finding and diagnostic checks using modern equipment

• Complete MOT repair work (if qualified)

• Ensure all service, repair and warranty work is completed to manufacturer standards

• Document all work accurately on job cards and digital systems

• Work efficiently to maximise productivity in the workshop

• Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when needed

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Auto Technician / Light Vehicle Technician

• Minimum 2 years automotive workshop experience

• MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential

• Strong diagnostic, servicing and repair skills

• Must have your own tools

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence required

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
