What Youll Be DoingYoull provide day-to-day support to the conveyancing team and help ensure every client receives a smooth, organised service. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and assisting with legal documents for sales, purchases and transfers.
Carrying out searches and gathering information from local authorities and external agencies.
Keeping files and records up to date within the case management system.
Communicating with clients, estate agents and other professionals, offering clear updates as transactions progress.
Handling calls, emails and correspondence providing support to help the department run efficiently.
Assisting with financial statements and processing payments.
Youre someone who enjoys a busy workload and takes pride in being organised and accurate. Ideally, you will have:
Experience in residential conveyancing support.
Confident communication skills and a helpful, professional manner.
The ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving instincts and proactive, team-minded approach.
