What Youll Be Doing:

• Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and paintwork to manufacturer standards.
• Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are correctly treated and finished.
• Mix and match paint colours to ensure precise results.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets, following Thatcham repair methods.
• Complete all job-related paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with a supportive and skilled team in a well-equipped workshop environment.

What Were Looking For:

• A recognisedvehicle body repair or paint refinishing qualification(NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum ofthree years post-apprenticeship experienceas a Paint Sprayer or Bodyshop Technician.
• AFull UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and skill development.
