Qualified Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Ellesmere Port

Salary: Daily pay rate up to £120 (paid weekly)
Contract: Full-time, long-term role with strong temp-to-perm potential

Hirecracker Education are excited to be working with a Primary School in Ellesmere Port who are looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll be supporting pupils across the classroom as well as on a 1-1 and small group basis, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

What you'll be doing:

• Be a hands-on support in the classroom, making sure every child feels encouraged and included
• Work alongside the class teacher to keep lessons running smoothly and pupils focused
• Provide that extra boost of confidence to children through 1-1 or small group support
• Encourage positive behaviour and celebrate achievements, big and small
• Help create a fun, engaging learning environment where children feel safe and ready to succeed
• Support pupils' wellbeing as much as their learning

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed and grow
