Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager in Residential Childcare to join a supportive team in the Erewash River Area. If you have strong childcare experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and provide high-quality care for children and young people.

Act as Key Worker for assigned children, supporting care plans and casework.

Promote Trauma-Informed Care and PACE principles in your approach.

Supervise and mentor Residential Support Workers.

Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed.

Support children's development, education, and well-being.
Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience in Residential Childcare (minimum 3 years).

Supervisory experience (minimum 2 years).
-
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Full UK Driving Licence.
