Our client is one of the largest property services client in the Northwest.
Due to an influx in work, they are looking to recruit a multi-skilled Bathroom Fitter for their Planned works teams based in Merseyside.
Duties
- Required to fit new bathrooms in tenanted properties.
- Complete all aspects of Plumbing.
- Rip out of old bathrooms
- Flooring LVT, vinyl
- Be able to carry out basic trades such as joinery, patch plastering, tiling
To be considered for the role
- You must have an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
- Have experience within the Social housing sector
- A full clean UK Driving licence is required
- CSCS card is desirable
