Take ownership of a market-leading product range and shape its future direction in a business that's expanding fast.

You'll manage the full product lifecycle from specification and development through to launch and commercial delivery. This is a key position combining technical depth with commercial strategy, working across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive innovation and growth.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the technical and commercial aspects of a defined product range.

  • Produce detailed product specifications and liaise with customers to align requirements.

  • Oversee projects through design, validation, and production.

  • Present features, benefits, and business cases to both technical and commercial audiences.

  • Support long-term product planning to meet future market needs.

What you'll need:

  • Engineering qualification (Electrical, Electronic, or similar).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Variable Speed Drives (VSD) or Motion Control industry.

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

  • Experience balancing technical understanding with commercial decision-making.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
