Youllkeep the team motivated, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure everyone has the tools and techniques they need to succeed.

Whatyoullbe doing:

  • Leadingby example by confidently engaging with prospective customers and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team

  • Mentoring and coaching our Sales DevelopmentRepresentatives, equipping them with proven techniques and strategies to excel in their roles

  • Drivingperformance byidentifyingand qualifying commercial opportunities, supporting the team to achieve and exceed their KPIs

  • Motivatingthe team tomaintaina high-energy, results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement

  • Supporting the team in building strong, consultative B2B relationships that convert into valuable opportunities

  • Championing best practices across a variety of lead generation and sales initiatives and developing deepexpertiseacross target vertical markets

  • Proven success in a sales role, ideally withinoutboundlead generation, with a strongtrack recordof consistently achieving and exceeding targets
