Leadingby example by confidently engaging with prospective customers and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team
Mentoring and coaching our Sales DevelopmentRepresentatives, equipping them with proven techniques and strategies to excel in their roles
Drivingperformance byidentifyingand qualifying commercial opportunities, supporting the team to achieve and exceed their KPIs
Motivatingthe team tomaintaina high-energy, results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement
Supporting the team in building strong, consultative B2B relationships that convert into valuable opportunities
Championing best practices across a variety of lead generation and sales initiatives and developing deepexpertiseacross target vertical markets

Proven success in a sales role, ideally withinoutboundlead generation, with a strongtrack recordof consistently achieving and exceeding targets
Energetic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
