Role: Primary Classroom Teacher
Location: Ashford
Pay rate: £240 - £291
Start date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time Term-time only Monday to Friday

Roles and responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Support students academic, social and emotional development throughout their school journey.
Foster a nurturing, positive and inspiring classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to teaching and learning.
Adapt teaching strategies to support children with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.
Encourage a love of learning and support students in reaching their full potential.
Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and classroom organisation.
Provide guidance, emotional support and encouragement to help students feel valued and confident.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Strong teaching experience and the ability to meet Teacher Standards.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, patient and positive approach to teaching.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
