Main Responsibilities
- Conduct expert on-site surveys to ensure precise measurements for design
- Record all data electronically in compliance with GDPR
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey through clear communication and top-quality service
- Support showroom teams by improving planning accuracy and reducing errors
- Audit plans prior to order/delivery and provide feedback to enhance design quality
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and IMS responsibilities
About You
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-checking ability
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Process-driven, analytical, and efficient
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience conducting home surveys
- Familiarity with CAD or planning software
- Knowledge of home installation services and related legislation
- Experience in plan checking or error reduction
- Background in the home interiors/design industry
