Job Role
We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to an extremely high standard to ensure minimum vehicle downtime and complete compliance with DVSA standards . This role requires a strong understanding of HGVs and their systems , the ability to work on vehicles and trailers of all manufacturers
Responsibilities
Routine PMI inspections and repairs
MOT preparations
Diagnosing and repairing faults off all natures both Truck and Trailer
Roadside and Onsite repairs

Experience
NVQ3 in Heavy vehicle maintenance and repair (Or equivalent)
Driving license
HGV license (Not essential but would be beneficial)
3 years experience
Working Hours & Salary expectations
50 hr basic working week
£22.50 per hour basic (Time and a third overtime £30 per hour)
Mon - Fri 07:00 - 17:30 (30 mins unpaid Lunch break) 2x 15 minute tea breaks paid
Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 (Optional)
Extra hours available should you want it
Basic salary £58500 based on basic 50hr working week
