What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead the modelling of business processes and systems, driving strategic transformation in digital procurement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing decision-making across public sector and supplier organisations.
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements to shape evidence-based narratives for future initiatives.
- Support the development of business cases that facilitate impactful decision-making.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, prioritising deliverables and iterating based on team feedback.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced practitioner with:
- Extensive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A knack for presenting credible narratives that drive prioritisation and delivery.
- Proven experience in developing business cases and mapping processes within government contexts.
- A self-driven approach, with the ability to manage projects independently.
Desirable Skills:
- Background in digital/commercial sectors within the UK public sector.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and financial modelling in Excel.
