Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be based between the Wolverhampton office and project sites in Kettering. You'll play a key role in managing project costs from handover through to final account sign-off. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documentation, preparing cost plans, procuring subcontractor packages, submitting valuations and variations, tracking labour hours, and attending commercial meetings. You'll ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed in line with internal procedures and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the mechanical & electrical/building services sectors.
