Key Responsibilities
Support project management across creative, digital, and media campaigns
Maintain clear communication across teams and external stakeholders
Keep projects on track through proactive risk management
Assist in briefing creative and digital teams with clarity and precision
Track budgets, quotes, and supplier costs to ensure projects stay within scope
Maintain organised project documentation and ensure smooth handovers
Contribute to process improvements and help refine project workflows
Requirements
2+ years working in an agency or advertising environment
Organised: Detail-oriented and proactive in keeping projects on track
Composed: Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing deadlines.
Collaborative: Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Multitasker: Manages multiple projects across creative and digital disciplines
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday dot com)
