To be successful in this role you will need: Extensive experience in the rail plant industry, including machines and attachments. Strong plant site methodology skills. Essential certifications: PTS Holder, COSS, MC/CC, POS trained, Lift Planner (single & tandem). Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. Strong interpersonal and collaborative team-working skills. Proven experience in managing and leading teams to deliver results. Clear understanding of HSQE legislation and Sentinel rules.
