Role Overview.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager (and CQC Nominated Individual) to lead our service setup, registration, and daily operations. You'll ensure compliance, oversee care delivery, support staff development, and build strong relationships with professionals, families, and service users.

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader in adult/children's care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding (adults & children)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
