Build strong relationships across Companies House to improve collaboration, align priorities and support successful delivery across services. Recruit, lead, coach and develop Product Managers, supporting their growth and helping maintain high product management standards across the profession. Support the Head of Product Management with workforce planning, capability development and improving the Product Management profession. Lead and contribute to Communities of Practice, knowledge sharing, professional development initiatives and cross-profession collaboration. Support Service Standard Assessments and assurance activities, ensuring products and services meet government and organisational standards. Person specification We're looking for the following skills and experience that will be assessed throughout the selection process. The successful candidate will have: Experience of product leadership, developing people and applying technical understanding to make effective product decisions. Experience leading, coaching and developing individuals and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams. A proven track record of owning product decisions, setting priorities and delivering successful products and services. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience managing competing priorities and balancing user needs, business objectives, operational requirements and delivery constraints in a complex environment.
