About the role Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Rolls-Royce and Pagani. As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing. You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
