Ability to develop and deliver effective community fundraising strategies, identifying opportunities to maximise engagement and income. Confident and persuasive communicator, adept at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including individuals, groups, and corporate partners. Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital fundraising platforms, with the ability to analyse data to inform fundraising strategies.
