Role Purpose You will be joining a leisure company who are looking for a Group Facilities Manager who is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all sites across the UK, ensuring every site operates safely and to high standards. Create a preferred supplier framework with clear standards and response times. Manage performance, costs, and quality - remove underperforming suppliers quickly. 4. Asset, Warranty & O&M Management Build and maintain an asset register across the group. Track and manage: Product warranties Guarantees Aftercare agreements Installer liabilities Ensure O&M manuals are created, stored, and kept up to date for every site. Own all handover documentation from new builds and refurbishments. Ensure sites operate assets in line with manufacturer requirements. 5. New Site Handover & Growth Support Lead on the facilities side of new site openings, including: Snagging Defect management Supplier aftercare Warranty setup O&M compilation 6. Cross-Functional Support Work closely with managers to train them on reporting, basic checks, and asset care. Liaise with marketing where physical assets are required on site (signage, price boards, POS, promotional installs). Support operations and regional management with estate performance reporting. Assist with budgeting for maintenance and long-term capex planning. Person Specification Excellent culinary skills with experience in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage and motivate others.
