Responsibilities of Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Prepare and deliver fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals
• Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations

About you

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Experience working in high-volume catering environments
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Passion for fresh food and excellent customer service
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
