Paralegal (Family & Litigation)

Seeking a Paralegal to join their Family & Litigation team in a newly created role due to continued growth.

  • Supporting fee earners across Family and Litigation matters
  • Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
  • Career Progression Training Contract available

Location: Hertfordshire / Cambridgeshire Region

Salary: Circa £35,000 DOE

Family & Litigation Paralegal Training Contract Opportunity

Paradigm Employment Services are pleased to be partnering with a well-established and expanding law firm seeking a Paralegal to join their Family & Litigation team in a newly created role due to continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal looking to build a long-term legal career within a supportive environment, with a genuine pathway towards a future Training Contract within 6-12 months.

The role will provide exposure across both Family and Litigation matters, making it ideal for someone keen to broaden their legal experience and develop under experienced legal professionals.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting fee earners across Family and Litigation matters
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Preparing court bundles and case files
  • Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
  • Conducting legal research
  • Assisting with case management and administration
  • Managing elements of files independently where appropriate

Applicants should already possess experience within at least one of the two practice areas, with full support and training provided in the other.
