Salary: Circa £30,000 - £45,000 DOE

Paradigm Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a respected and growing regional law firm with the appointment of a Junior Wills & Probate Lawyer to join their expanding Private Client team.

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with experience in wills and probate matters who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The firm has an excellent local reputation and prides itself on providing a professional yet personable service to long-standing clients across the region.

The Role

You will support the wider Private Client department with a range of matters including:

• Drafting wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters
• Managing your own caseload with supervision where required
• Building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries

The role offers exposure to quality work alongside experienced senior professionals, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen and expand their private client expertise.

About You

We would be keen to speak with individuals who:

• Have experience within wills and probate law
• Are ideally around 2-5 years PQE, although flexibility exists for the right person
• Possess strong communication and client care skills
• Are organised, personable and eager to learn
• Are looking for long-term progression within private client law
