The opportunity
You'll take ownership of sales training and performance development across a growing commercial function. From onboarding new hires to coaching experienced salespeople and developing managers, you'll play a key role in improving performance, consistency, and culture.
You'll work closely with sales leadership to identify gaps, embed best practice, and create training that genuinely drives revenue outcomes.
What you'll be doing
• Delivering hands-on sales training across outbound sales, objection handling, consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing techniques
• Coaching live sales environments through call listening, floor support, roleplay, and structured feedback
• Building onboarding programmes for new starters across commercial teams
• Supporting managers with coaching techniques, 1:1 development, and performance conversations
• Creating engaging training content, playbooks, and enablement resources that teams actually use
• Using data and performance metrics to identify trends, skill gaps, and development opportunities
What we're looking for
We're especially interested in candidates who started their career in sales before moving into training, coaching, enablement, or L&D roles.
You'll likely have experience in environments such as:

• Experience delivering training within fast-paced sales environments
• Strong live coaching capability and experience improving behaviours/performance
• Confidence facilitating training sessions and engaging teams
• Experience supporting sales managers and team leaders
• CRM familiarity - Salesforce experience is beneficial
