You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews Financial Responsibility: You understand the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush Leadership Skills: You are a natural motivator who enjoys being hands-on.
