We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working across a range of projects while strengthening your technical expertise and progressing within the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
- Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical and construction issues
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet current UK Building Regulations and standards
- Contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages, with a focus on technical delivery and coordination
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit highly desirable
- Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
