Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our busy production environment. This key role is focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, and strong communication across teams. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and internal departments to help keep processes efficient, deadlines on track, and information flowing effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and production teams.
- Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact, coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in planning and managing production schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Update internal systems with relevant production data and performance information.
- Support reporting processes, including preparing data for audits and reviews.
- Liaise with suppliers, raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with databases or Google Sheets is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
