Our reputable client, a leading automotive service centre with multiple sites across Southern England, is seeking a skilled MOT Technician to join their Salisbury branch.

- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am-4:00pm every other week)
Duties of a MOT Technician:
- Conduct MOT tests to Ministry of Transport standards
- Assist with vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance as required
- Support workshop operations ensuring compliance with quality standards as a MOT Technician
- Communicate effectively with customers and occasionally support front reception with enquiries
- Ensure high-quality workmanship within specified timeframes
- Maintain workshop safety and adhere to health and safety procedures
Requirements of a MOT Technician:
- Proven experience as an MOT Technician
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in vehicle maintenance
- MOT licence
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and unsupervised
