The successful candidate will have full autonomy and must have a proven track record, with a high standard hospitality background and experience in hotel operations, revenue management, food, beverage and leisure and be capable of delivering the highest service and operational standards whilst helping to develop and grow the business, along with recruiting, leading and developing a well-motivated team. Duties: Ensuring that the business adheres to various legal frameworks and takes responsibility for hotel safety and security. Maintaining health and safety standards in the business at all times. Recruiting, training and managing staff. Working with the accounts team to ensure all relevant and required information is passed across. Liaising with customers (including serving food and drink).
