You will be responsible for production planning, and you will be supported by three very capable shop floor Supervisors who are responsible for different areas. About 50% of our machinery and equipment is manufactured for stock, and the other 50% is bespoke machinery or re-engineered to the clients' exact specification - you will be challenged to help improve the functionality of our production facility. You will lead the weekly production meeting with Team Leaders and also report to other Managers and Senior Managers on a regular basis. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
