NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (or significant demonstrable experience). Good knowledge of health & safety in construction. Ability to work to deadlines and manage workloads effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organised, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks through to completion. IT skills for basic reporting and record-keeping. Full clean UK driving licence.
